Rescue Forge is the responder education division of Paragon Medical, based in Ontario.
We exist because the gap between finishing a course and being ready to work is wider than most training acknowledges. Certification confirms you met a standard on a particular day. The job asks something else: that you still have it months later, under pressure, in a situation nobody described in class.
We work with fire-service applicants, EMR and First Responder students, healthcare professionals, and working responders. Our instructors come from different areas of professional practice and hold to the same standard — practical learning, high expectations, honest feedback, and inclusive instruction.

Rescue Forge is a division of Paragon Medical Comprehensive Training Solutions — a WSIB-approved training provider, Heart & Stroke accredited trainer, and holder of C-TECC recognized educational content. Paragon Medical serves organizations; Rescue Forge serves individuals.
